Detailed planning and venue availability checks happen after booking.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll sign an agreement and collect a non-refundable retainer fee to cover the planning process (50% for signature packages or $500 for custom events as an initial design fee). This ensures your commitment and allows us to dedicate our time and resources to creating your special event.
The final payment for signature proposal packages is due 7 days before the event date.
The retainer fee is non-refundable, but if anything changes, you can reschedule your proposal within 60 days.
Once booked, we take care of everything — from securing the location to planning the perfect setup — so you can focus on the big moment.

You may use your own location or select from our recommended spots.
You’re welcome to bring your own vendors, or work with our trusted vendors — we’ll coordinate everything for you.
