At Forever Lovies, each arrangement is handcrafted with care and designed to reflect the mood, color palette, and style shown in our photos. However, because we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, some substitutions may be necessary due to weather, market conditions, or availability.

When substitutions are made, we always maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement and use blooms of equal or greater value. Every order is custom-made, so while it may not match the photo exactly, it will always capture the same spirit.

If specific flowers or design elements are important to you, please let us know at checkout or contact us ahead of time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please remember: flowers are perishable and require proper care. Care instructions are provided with every order, and it's the recipient’s responsibility to follow them to ensure the best lifespan.
